Please be advised that all educational curricula, course materials, lesson structures, and related gemmological intellectual property authored or created by Geoffrey Michael Dominy are protected under the copyright laws of Canada, the United States, and all international member nations party to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works. Geoffrey Michael Dominy maintains exclusive, universal ownership of these works, which may only be accessed, reproduced, or utilized with his written authorization.

On September 16, 2026, a formal Notice of Civil Claim was officially filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia (Vancouver Registry) under Court File No. VLC-S-S-266999. The litigation names Haimanot Sisay Tebeje, Ephrem Bogale Reta, Peniel Fassika Abebe, Berhanu Okbato Zergaw, Dr. Beneyam Berhanu Haile, the Africa Gemological Training Institute (AGTI), and Hostinger International Limited as defendants.

The lawsuit claims remedies for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, civil conspiracy, conversion of physical equipment, and systemic copyright infringement under the Canadian Copyright Act. Copies of the filed civil pleadings are a matter of public court record.
